Cover your mouth when you sneeze, and say Al hamdu li Allah.
Wear a mask.
Drink plenty of water.
Get plenty of rest.
The Prophet (sala Allahu alayhi wa salam) says: "Wealth is appropriate to a God-fearing person, but good health is better for the God-fearing than wealth". He further says: "He of you who finds himself enjoying good health, secure in his community and has his daily sustenance, is as if he had the whole world at his finger tips".
What does Allah say about hearing, speaking, and walking?
Allah (mighty and sublime be He) said: Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him. My servant draws not near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him. When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him, and were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant him it. I do not hesitate about anything as much as I hesitate about [seizing] the soul of My faithful servant: he hates death and I hate hurting him. It was related by al-Bukhari.

Surah Al Fatir
AND [remember:] it is God who sends forth the winds, so that they raise a cloud, whereupon We drive it towards dead land and thereby give life to the earth after it had been lifeless: even thus shall resurrection be.
Al Muhyi - The Giver of Life
He it is Who has created you from dust, then from a nutfah, then from a clot, then brings you forth as a child, then lets you (grow and) reach the age of full strength and afterwards to be old. Surah 40:67
Al Mumit - The Creator of Death
Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion. Surah 3:185

Surah 64:3
He created the heavens and the earth with Truth and shaped you, giving you excellent shapes. And to Him is your ultimate return.
Al Khaliq - The Creator
Surah 25:54
And He is the One Who creates human beings from a ˹humble˺ liquid,1 then establishes for them bonds of kinship and marriage. For your Lord is Most Capable.
Surah 32:9 -- ...then He fashioned them and had a spirit of His Own ˹creation˺ breathed into them. And He gave you hearing, sight, and intellect. ˹Yet˺ you hardly give any thanks.
